FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: reel comprises a housing, a spool with a line-receiver mounted on the axis of the housing, and a brake. On the spool there is a notch, on the inner surface of which the ratchet rifling is made. The brake comprises a nut, a resilient element, a free wheel clutch, and a ratchet clutch. On the free wheel clutch housing a disc is attached, on which the gripping elements are mounted to grip the ratchet rifling of the spool, the mechanism of their activation and deactivation, as well as a handle for the spool rotation.
EFFECT: reduction of the spool inertia.
