FIELD: poultry farming.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a transportation machine for laying eggs on the floor in a poultry house, wherein the specified eggs are in incubation trays, in which they were laid. Transportation machine (1) contains a frame (4) made with the possibility to be rolled around poultry house, and supporting mechanism (7) mounted on frame (4) and made with the possibility to transfer at least one of incubation trays (2) with eggs (23) for laying. The machine also contains movement mechanism (14) attached to frame (4), having a number of means (19) for capturing eggs, each of which is made with the possibility to capture one of eggs (23) for laying. Movement mechanism (14) is made with the possibility of lifting eggs (23) for laying from incubation trays (2) and placing eggs (23) for laying on the floor. Movement mechanism (14) is installed with the possibility of moving on frame (4) up and down along a predetermined path between the upper position and the lower position. Supporting mechanism (7) is installed with the possibility of movement on frame (4) between the external position, in which supporting mechanism (7) is located outside the path of movement mechanism (14), and the internal position, in which supporting mechanism (7) is located in the path of movement mechanism (14). Transportation machine (1) additionally contains first actuator (20) made with the possibility of moving movement mechanism (14) up and down, second actuator (9) made with the possibility of moving supporting mechanism (7) forward and backward, and third actuator (25) made with the possibility of activating means (19) for capturing eggs. Machine (1) additionally contains a control mechanism made with the possibility of: a) controlling second actuator (9) to move supporting mechanism (7) from its external position to its internal position; b) controlling first actuator (20) to move movement mechanism (14) down to eggs (23) for laying located in incubation trays (2) on supporting mechanism (7); c) controlling third actuator (25) to capture eggs (23) for laying using means (19) for capturing eggs; d) controlling second actuator (9) to move supporting mechanism (7) from its internal position to its external position; e) controlling first actuator (20) to move movement mechanism (14) down towards the floor along the path; f) controlling third actuator (25) to release eggs (23) for laying from means (19) for capturing eggs to place them on the floor; g) controlling first actuator (20) to move movement mechanism (14) up to its upper position.
EFFECT: increase in the productivity without increasing the risk of additional egg loss.
