SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and represents a method for prediction of early thrombosis of arteriovenous fistula for hemodialysis in patients with terminal chronic renal insufficiency by fibrinogen and creatinine level of venous blood, characterized by that in patients with a fibrinogen level of not less than 4.8 g/l, as well as a fibrinogen level below 4.8 g/l, but not lower than 4.0 g/l in a combination with a creatinine level of 730 mcmol/l and higher, determined before operation on formation of arteriovenous fistula, development of early postoperative thrombosis of vascular access for hemodialysis is predicted.

EFFECT: invention provides objectivity and reproducibility of assessing the probability of early thrombosis of arteriovenous fistula for hemodialysis in patients with terminal chronic renal insufficiency.
