FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to vascular surgery, and concerns formation of permanent vascular access for programmed hemodialysis. That is ensured by forming a fistula between a humeral artery and a humeral vein using a corpse allograft of the femoral vein. Allograft is conditioned in a solution for culturing cell structures of Roswell Park Memorial Institute 1640 with the addition of gentamycin in concentration of 400 mcg/ml and fluconazole in concentration of 20 mcg/ml at a temperature of +4°C.

EFFECT: method provides the possibility of constant vascular access in this group of patients without complications and repeated interventions.
