FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of preparing and analysis of a multitude of cell suspensions, which includes, at least, the following successive stages, at which: (a) multitude of vials are loaded on a receiving site, with each vial containing a cell suspension, intended for analysis; (b) multitude of analytical reservoirs are loaded on the receiving site; and (c) cell suspension is sampled from a vial and introduced into an analytical reservoir, with stage (c) being repeated for each vial to be analysed; (d) samples are returned to the suspension; (e) relevant cells are selected by means of differential decantation; (f) volume, obtained as a result of the differential decantation is sucked in by means of pipette means, with the volume containing the sample, intended for analysis. The method is characterised by the following: stage (c) of sampling the cell suspension from the vial and its introduction into the analytical reservoir contains, at least, a stage of destructing cell clusters by means of pipette dosing means, with stage (f) of volume injection including the stage of "micromixing", which consists in sucking up the volume of the cell suspension immediately above the bottom of the decantation vial cone with the further pumping of a part of the sampled volume virtually in the same place. The invention also relates to a device.
EFFECT: claimed method is reliable, reproductive and fast and makes it possible to completely automate the preparation and analysis of cytological suspensions.
