FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to optical instrument-making in medicine and aims at providing more effective detection of cell abnormalities by computer analysis, as well as in studying combining a diagnostic process and diagnostic training that is ensured by the fact that the method according to the invention involves the following stages: sample is processed to differentiate pathological cells from healthy ones; at least first sample images are formed with the sample placed on an analytic plate so that to produce a number of the images, each of which represents one region of the analytic plate with the above adjoining images form the whole sample image so that to create the virtual analytic plate. A base plane of the analytic plate comprising a slide plate and a coating plate above the slide plate is marked for forming the images; the above base plane is limited by a surface of the slide plate or the coating plate; and at least a second images are formed at a depth different from a depth of the first sample images so that to produce a number of images matched with a sample section at different depths.
EFFECT: more effective detection of cell abnormalities by computer analysis.
