FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: water flow regulator for orifice water outlets contains a water exhaust pipe with rectangular cross section with a seat blocked by the shutoff body implemented as a flexible tape forming together with the water exhaust pipe housing a control cavity interconnected with the upper pond and fitted with a drain device on which the valve is installed which is connected by the rod to the membrane of the membrane housing the cavity of which is interconnected with the upper pond. The seat from the upper pond on the edge has a dam with curvilinear profile facing towards the contact with a flexible tape which has an insert from flexible tape with the rigidity, smaller than that of the flexible tape of shutoff body, while the insert is located in the place of contact with a dam at the moment of sealing of the through passage hole.

EFFECT: invention allows to minimise water consumption at the expense of avoidance of uncontrolled leakages.
