SUBSTANCE: water flow rate stabiliser includes water outlet pipe 2 of a rectangular cross-section with seat 4 shut off with a shut-off element made in the form of flexible belt 3 forming together with the housing of water outlet pipe 2 the control cavity 6 connected to an upstream wall and provided with drain passage 7, on which there is a valve installed, made in the form of sleeve 18 with shaped cut-outs 19, which is installed on diaphragm 16 of the second diaphragm housing 9, the cavity of which is connected to control cavity 6, and connected by means of stock 12 to the diaphragm of the first diaphragm housing 8, the cavity of which is connected to the upstream wall, according to the invention, seat 4 on the side of the upstream wall has threshold 5 made in the form of a water discharge with a vacuum curved shape turned to the side of contact to flexible belt 3, and height of threshold 5 is larger if stiffness of flexible belt 3 is larger.

EFFECT: excluding non-controlled leakages in a water flow rate stabiliser.
