FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: self-propelled plant is complemented with flushing solution tanks with dirt blow-off jets, front and rear spring-loaded rolls wit resilient elastic surfaces, system of guides and squeezing rollers running over closed hydrophilic fluffy web. Rolls are connected with self-propelled plat drive via reduction gearbox displacing the closed web in direction of plant motion at lengthwise linear speed of 1.4-1.2 of self-propelled lengthwise speed. Guide rollers are set to up said closed web upward, lower detergent solution therein and release therefrom. Squeezing rollers serves to squeeze excess detergent solution. In washing of surface whereon rolls said self-propelled plant rollers are driven. This allows the displacement of closed web at speed of 1.4-1.2 of lengthwise displacement over processed surface. This allows simultaneous sweeping and sponging of said closed web. Dirt closed web is lifted upward to down it into detergent solution and to blow it with detergent solution jets at pressure to remove the dirt therefrom. Closed web runs through squeezing rollers for removal of excess detergent solutions. Closed web is downed under rear roll to reiterate above described cleaning jobs. Dirt detergent solution is replaced with new one.
EFFECT: high-quality cleaning of rough surface.
