FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for use in dental prosthodontic treatment of the removed tooth area. To produce at least one prosthesis in a heated press, granules of material compatible with human tissues are filled, where they are melted into a homogeneous mass. Portion of the molten material is pushed out into the closed split mold for making the dental prosthesis for the cutters and/or canines. Tap and a separating plate dividing the root portion of the dental prosthesis into two halves are inserted into the split mold beforehand, prior to extrusion of a portion of the molten material. After solidification of the material which is biologically compatible with the human body, is opened in the mold, the workpiece of the dental prosthesis is removed, the tap is removed, than the thread is cut, and the separating plate is removed. Tube-pin is made of a material which is biologically compatible with the human body, sharpened on one side and having on the other side a spline for its screwing in, provided with an external thread, mating thread of the tap. Occlusion plate and a nut for its fixation on a chewing plane of a tooth from a material biologically compatible with the human body are made. Patient is removed, cleaned, eliminated defects and damages. Prosthesis of denture is fixed on bushing, which is fixed on shaft of laser machine for working with solid material. Patient's remote tooth is fixed coaxially with the denture workpiece. Reading device is connected to the computer of the laser machine. Remote tooth 360° is rotated, during which is introduced into computer program 3D data on shape and size of removed tooth at each moment of rotation, billet of dental prosthesis is milled in accordance with shape and size of removed tooth, introduced into computer. On the root system of the denture, notches are made to tighten the denture in the alveolar cavity. Removed tooth and dental prosthesis are removed from the engine bushing. Tube-pin is screwed in the dental prosthesis to approach its sharpened part to the beginning of the root system, the upper tooth portion of the dental prosthesis is polished, antiseptic treatment of a tooth hole and a root portion of the dental prosthesis is performed, inserting the last until rest on the place of the removed tooth, tube-pin is screwed in by dividing root halves to sides, thereby pressing them to walls of alveolar bone of patient's jaw. Pause is given on the healing of the removed tooth site, the inner part of which is drained by means of the hole in the tube-pin, after the removed tooth is healed, an occlusion plate is put on the upper part of the pin tube and fixed with a nut, and the hole in the tube-pin is closed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to restore integrity of dentition without preparation of adjacent teeth.
