FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to step-by-step adsorption purification of sewage waters from organic compounds and can be used at enterprises with closed cycle of recirculation water consumption. Method includes supply of metallurgic slag through dosing device into adsorbers with mechanical mixing with further supply of remaining slag suspension into settling tanks for separation. Crushed metallurgical slag from dump is used as sorbent, which is preliminarily activated before dosing in reservoir of chemical activation by reagent-activator - 0.5M solution of sulphuric acid, which is returned to reservoir with reagent-activator for repeated activation of slag portions. Sewage water from enterprise is supplied for purification into cascade of three adsorbers with propeller blade mixers, where it is successively pumped from adsorber into adsorber; remaining slag suspension is supplied from adsorbers into separation unit of three settling tanks, purified water from adsorbers and settling tanks is poured together and returned to beginning of technological process of enterprise with provision of closed system of water reuse by enterprise.
EFFECT: reduction of concentration of mixture of aromatic compounds, improvement of ecological situation, utilisation of waste slag in road industry.
