SUBSTANCE: invention relates to information technology and can be used by a manager to make decisions on railway transport. The system includes an automated workstation of the manager, having a processor connected to a program start-up module, an information display module and a data collection and storage module. The processor is additionally connected to a notification module and the data collection and storage module is connected to a database control system and a request module connected to a data network. The data network is connected to a geographic information unit, a traffic safety control unit, a high-speed traffic control unit, a schedule fulfilment analysis unit, a video surveillance unit, an enterprise equipment information collection and storage unit, a power consumption and resource saving control unit, an energy saving and energy audit program server, enterprise electrical power and heat supply meters, energy saving information recording and collection unit, an unit for collecting information on results of executing energy saving programs and a unit for generating energy audit results, said units being located at railway enterprises. A module for displaying information on the automated workstation of the manager has an interactive screen which is a touch panel.
