SUBSTANCE: result is achieved due to an automated system for collecting and distributing digital cartographic information of waterways, which is made in the form of an eleven-level geo-platform, including information bases of cartographic, navigation, hydrometeorological and accompanying information along the path of the vessel with the issuance of recommendations on ensuring traffic safety depending on the actual navigation conditions.
EFFECT: high reliability of obtaining information parameters based on geographic distributed data.
