FIELD: signalling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to security alarm using video surveillance equipment. Such a result is achieved by a network video surveillance system with the ability to monitor behavioural factors and biometric parameters of surveillance objects, comprising a set of video surveillance devices (total number n) with video cameras, wherein at least one video surveillance apparatus is equipped with a thermal imager, and a central information collection and display station, wherein said set of video surveillance means is combined with a peer-to-peer information network of reception and transmission of streaming video and service information over a radio link, wherein network system includes subsystem of navigation support, and each video surveillance device has a network module, a memory unit and a big data platform configured to monitor behaviour factors and biometric parameters of the surveillance objects, the network system is configured to transmit fragments of the streaming video image and service information from video surveillance means with video cameras to a central information collection and display station, which performs additional processing of obtained information, uses archive memory and displays human motion on monitor screen with its binding to coordinates of area.
EFFECT: technical result consists in creating a network video surveillance system with the ability to monitor behavioural factors and biometric parameters of surveillance objects.
