SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a suspension device for suspending objects at a distance from the ceiling. The suspension device contains at least one rod element and one flexible suspension element. The rod element length is over 250 mm. The rod element has at least one fixture means for at least one magnetic fixture element and at least one alignment means for the suspension enabling sliding of the upper part of the suspension cord relative to the rod element longitudinal direction. The suspension device contains at least one appliance for attachment to the suspension cord and to the object as well as a length adjustment device intended for adjustment of the suspension cord length between the rod element and the suspension means.

EFFECT: simplification of even positioning of objects at a distance from the ceiling.
