SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for heat treatment of food products and can be used for roasting meat, grilled fish without loss of fat content, as well as vegetables. The disadvantage of known devices is the inability of objective control of the process of cooking and readiness of shish kebab for eating. The proposed attachment to brazier with skewers is made in the form of a rectangular frame the opposite sides of which are provided with grooves for the mounting of skewers, at that the skewers are arranged in parallel to each other with the ability of rotation about their longitudinal axes, are provided with a rotary drive, at that on each side the frame is pivotally connected to two lifting levers, the free ends of which are pivotally connected to the sleeves; on one side of the device the sleeves comprise multidirectional thread and arranged on the threaded shaft, forming two worm gear pairs; on the opposite side the sleeve and the shaft do not contain the thread; the lifting levers on opposite sides are connected by transverse rods; the shaft ends are placed in the bearings, which housings are rigidly connected with the fastening elements to the longitudinal walls of the brazier; one end of the threaded shaft is connected to the rotary drive; the skewer comprises a wooden hollow handle, inside which there are elements of the LED circuit connected to the temperature sensor placed on the surface of the skewer, and the lamps are placed in the end of the handles of the skewers; the temperature sensor, the LED circuit elements, the rotary drive of the skewers are connected with a control unit comprising a power source.
