FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for soil tillage in agriculture. Soil tiller comprises a bearing platform, foot platform, two handles. Bearing platform is arranged in a housing. Housing is made in form of a box. At bottom of housing there are plastic shoes, behind at bottom housing is connected to foot platform, in front from above housing is pivotally connected to handle. Handles are made in form of hollow pipes. Inside housing there is a horizontal plate-tray rigidly attached to it. Under bearing platform there is a reducer plate connected to it by vertical posts. In bearing platform, reducing plate and tray there are aligned with two holes: in bearing platform for bearings of driving and driven shafts, in reducing plate - for bushings of driving and driven shafts, in tray for distal ends of driving and driven shafts. On side surfaces of bearing platform and reducing plate there are slots, in which are freely arranged vertical guides, rigidly connected with inner surface of housing wall. In inner bearing sleeve for drive shaft drive is pressed upper end of drive shaft, rigidly coupled with drive gear, placed between bearing platform and reducing plate. On body of drive shaft there is a worm thread. Lower end of drive shaft is arranged in a nut, forming with drive shaft a worm pair and rigidly attached to upper edges of hole made in tray. With lower edges of said hole is connected an oil crankcase with lubricant. In inner bearing sleeve is pressed upper end of driven shaft, rigidly coupled with driven gear arranged between bearing platform and reducing plate and engaging with drive gear. From below on driven shaft there is thread for attachment of a cartridge. In cartridge is fixed a working tool shank - replaceable bore. Reducing plate and tray are spacer levers. On external surface of bearing platform perpendicular to it is rigidly fixed a pusher, upper end of which is pivotally connected with middle cross pressure rod, ends of which are placed freely in longitudinal slots made in handles. In cavity of handles there are freely arranged with possibility of fixing in position U-shaped handle, which is articulated with lever for installation of operating position cultivator, connected by ropes with spacer levers arranged between reducing plate and tray.

EFFECT: high degree of crushing cultivated soil and application of mechanical damage to roots of weeds in treated soil.
