FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: method of production of electrolyte for lithium chemical current sources consists in lithium perchlorate dissolution in propylene carbonate. Lithium perchlorate is loaded into the reactor by weighed portions through certain periods at the temperature of solution 45-60°C. For water distillation in the reactor jacket the heat carrier with the temperature 130-160°C is used, and the pressure in the reactor at the end of the distillation process amounts 1.33-1.6 kPa (10-12 mm Hg) at the mass fraction of water 0.015-0.025%. Lithium perchlorate is loaded into the reactor by three weighed portions, the weight of weighed portions amounts 2.45-2.55 kg, and they are loaded with the interval 12-16 minutes.
EFFECT: improvement of quality and stability of composition of the prepared electrolyte for lithium current sources with low water content which allows to improve stability and conservability of the current source up to 25 years without the internal pressure rise.
