FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to special-purpose drones. Proposed drone comprises fuselage, propulsor, onboard hardware and molecular power source using water as a working fluid. Said onboard hardware comprises the means of monitoring, communication and control. Fuselage is composed of load-bearing frame supporting the propulsor including at least three rotors. Said molecular power source is composed of a ball lightning generator or as an electrolytic motor with current generator for supply of onboard hardware and propulsors driving. Said source is arranged at the frame centre while rotors are installed at frame periphery. Ball lightning generator can be electrically connected with rotors electrical drive while electrolytic motor can be engaged by its shaft with drone propeller via appropriate articulation. Ball lightning generator and electrolytic motor are provided with water and chemical catalyst tanks.
EFFECT: higher reliability and independence upon flight altitude and weather in dense atmosphere.
