FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to sources of direct and alternating current energy. The source comprises electric discharge chamber 1 for activation of working agent and working agent activator that includes high-voltage storage 2 of electric energy and plasma stabiliser 3 in the process chamber 1. Process chamber 1 is equipped with thermoresistant dielectric bushing 4 reaching the central part of chamber 1. In dielectric bushing 4 there is movable electrodischarge electrode 5. Electrode 5 is coupled kinematically to reversive mechanism 6 and electrically to current-collecting positive electrode (output bus bar) 7 directly and through electronic commutator 8 to positive pole of the storage 2. Negative pole of the storage 2 is grounded and coupled electrically to metal frame 9 of process chamber 1 and to current-collecting electrode (negative output bus bar) 10. Electric bus bars 7 and 10 are loaded to the direct-current and voltage power consumers and through DC converter 23 converting alternating three-phase voltage with alternating-current power consumers.
EFFECT: higher reliability of operation.
