SUBSTANCE: drilling bit contains the housing with rolling cutters and the central flushing assembly which comprises the bushing with a bearing ledge on internal surface, which is rigidly connected to the housing, the hydromonitor nozzle with the step end face, placed on it, and a sealing ring installed in the ring groove formed by walls of the step end face of the nozzle and the base and side walls of the bushing, and the clamp contacting with the top end face of the nozzle. The output part of the nozzle channel is designed as a diffuser with cross section in the form of polyhedron with a number of sides, multiple to number of rolling cutters, and tops of polyhedron are focused towards inter-cutter space and in the direction of axes of rotation of rolling cutters, while the nozzle is fixed with reference to the bushing from the crank.

EFFECT: increase of mechanical speed of drilling and bit driving.
