SUBSTANCE: proposed gear comprises drilling rid mast with load-bearing support, mast support pad and pin-hole joint between support and said pad. Said pin-hole joint comprises pin, hole of larger size and removable plug. Said hole include the hole part. Aforesaid plug can be fitted in larger-size hole. Note here that said removable plug has the part of first plug surface. Hole first part and first plug surface part make the part of hole for pin.
