FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: support bearing system of the hinge joint (12) of equal angular speed has an assembled bearing (32) supporting the first shaft (24), that is connected with the external element (14) of the hinge joint (12). The first labyrinth seal on one axial side of the assembled bearing (32) is made by shoulder (56), that is made together with an external element (14) of the hinge joint (12), and radially by internal projection (46) on a support bracket (40) of the bearing holding in place an external ring (34) of the bearing (32). The second labyrinth seal is made between a tubular section (42) of the support bracket (40) and a ring element (48), that holds the bearing (32) in axial direction on the first shaft (24). The support bracket (40) and ring element (48) are made out of stamped metal plate. The shoulder (56) and the ring element (48) have such shape that to facilitate centrifugal ejection of the contaminations from the assembled bearing.
EFFECT: creation of the support bearing that can be located on the connecting shaft as close as possible to movable CVUJ, thus decreasing secondary moment arising at right angle to CVUJ axis, additionally decreasing requirements for axial space for such bearing, the connecting shaft can be made with more similar lengths at right and left sides of the gearbox ensuring the connecting shaft design that more corresponds to the symmetrical design.
