FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: biologically active food additive manufacture method involves preparation of alfalfa hay vegetal raw materials in an amount of 40-60 wt %, the components and water weighing, preparation of solution of alfalfa hay and water heated to 15-35°C in the tank with addition of an extragent composed of Celloviridin G20kh and orange rind. Then one performs maintenance during 24 hours, the contents transloading into the adiabatic kettle, addition of microelements, extraction at a temperature of 140°C under a pressure of 6×105 Pa during 10 minutes, maintenance during 20 minutes for an extract obtainment. Then one performs the extract drying in the drying oven at a temperature of 55-60°C during no less than 4 hours. The biologically active additive contains alfalfa hay, zinc, cuprum, cobalt, manganese, distilled water, Celloviridin G20kh and orange rind at the following components ratio, wt %: alfalfa hay - 40-60, Celloviridin G20kh - 3-4, orange rind - 0.2-0.4, zinc - 0.03-0.06, manganese - 0.03-0.06, cuprum - 0.0048-0.0064, cobalt - 0.006-0.018, distilled water up to 100.
EFFECT: invention allows to develop a cheaper method for manufacture of a biologically active additive with increased yield of extractive substances.
