SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture. The method comprises searching on the arable land of sources of crop disease development, pest propagation, depressed areas requiring treatment. The characteristics of video images of crops in different areas of the arable land are compared with the database, and the presence of deviation of these characteristics from the standard. The sources of crop disease development, pest propagation, depressed areas requiring treatment are determined. Anthropogenic impact on the technological processes of crop cultivation on each of the revealed source of crop disease development, pest propagation, depressed areas of the arable land, which requires treatment, is carried out right after their determining. Impacts on the mentioned areas are performed by robotic devices, during their functioning the harmful effects on soil and crops are eliminated. In depressed areas requiring treatment or stimulation of growth and development of crops, impacts on crops and soil are carried out using laser radiation. The impacts on the sources of pest propagation, crop disease development are treated with gaseous substances. The device comprises an unmanned flying platform, which comprises a visual unit, a navigation unit, an information transfer unit, a control unit. The device also comprises a control system for comparing the video images connected with the information transfer unit, the unit of processing the crops with laser, the unit of processing the crops with gaseous substances. The outputs of the visual unit, the navigation unit, the information transfer unit are connected respectively to the first and second inputs of the control unit. The inputs of the unit of processing the crops with laser and the unit of processing the crops with gaseous substances are connected to the first and the second outputs of the control unit, respectively.

EFFECT: such technology and constructive implementation enable to improve the efficiency, responsiveness, to reduce the time of processes of elimination of sources of crop disease development, pest propagation, treatment of depressed areas of arable lands.
