SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to automated systems for technological processes in plant production. The method of implementation of bridge agricultural technologies includes a consequentially scanning instrumental monitoring of treated land, ie identification of climatic parameters and parameters of technological processes. In carrying out of technological operations continuous video monitoring of all the treated fields is held and three-dimensional coordinates of objects of agricultural production are determined. The stage of development and technological parameters of the state of objects of agricultural production are evaluated. The results are compared to the test video database of standards of development of agricultural production objects. If in consequence of video monitoring it is stated technological parameters of any object of agricultural production does not meet the requirements of the technological process, additional processing operations are performed, not covered by the basic rules of the process in order to eliminate variations of the process. When carrying out operations of mandatory regulations and additional works actuating device of agricultural bridge device are positioned individually for each object of agricultural production using three-dimensional coordinates specified by video monitoring of treated land, and in the most the efficient manner in terms of carrying out a specific technological operation on a specific object of agricultural production. A device for the implementation of agricultural technology includes video cameras for global and local monitoring video capture card, a block of image processing, a block test database of standard of agricultural production objects, comparison block and the block of configuration of actuating devices in three-dimensional coordinates. Global monitoring video cameras are installed in positions that are suitable for a full control of specific site of treated land. Video cameras for local monitoring are installed on moving framework of agricultural bridge device. Output of cameras of local and global monitoring are connected to separate inputs of the control system of agricultural bridge device.

EFFECT: improving the quality of ongoing process of plant production and increased production.
