SUBSTANCE: invention relates to data cables. A cable with an adhesive coating comprises a cable conduit, having a tubing part with a longitudinal channel formed thereon. The tubing part contains a twisted pair Ethernet line. The cable conduit also has a flange which stretches along the tubing part. An adhesive coating is applied on the surface of the flange, such that the cable conduit is suitable for mounting onto a mounting surface through the adhesive coating. A system for distributing multiple communication lines in a residential building comprises a media socket which is suitable for mounting on the wall or mounting surface, and a cable conduit with an adhesive coating for communication media.
EFFECT: low cost of installing cables.
