FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for transfer of gas and gas condensate wells, including water-flooded wells, equipped with a tubing string, without killing for operation simultaneously along central tubing string and annular space of well, as well as return to operation along one production string. Method comprises lowering into well equipped with main flow string and lower part of Christmas tree, and suspension of central tubing string, installation of upper part of X-mas tree, gas-dynamic investigations, well start-up in a flat line. Before lowering the central tubing string, an upper tip is attached to its beginning, to which a plug is attached, and a lower tip is placed on the end, to which closed controlled valve is connected. Lower crane valve is closed. Demounting part of Christmas trees, located above the cross piece for removal of gas from the annular space, which is then successively installed pipe holder, upper master gate valve, preventer, sealer, injector. Between the pipe holder and the upper master gate valve, an upper crane valve is installed. Shut-off device is installed in close proximity to the well. Then the central tubing string is mounted in a hoisting device, passed by the lower end through the injector and sealer. Then the central tubing string is sealed. Then the upper master gate valve is opened. Central tubing string is lowered to the level of the lower main valve. Lower crane valve is opened. Central tubing string is lowered to the position when the upper tip with the plug is at the level of the upper end of the injector. Process rod is connected to the plug. Sealant sealing collar of upper chamber of sealer, then lowering central tubing string until position, when plug is below sealing collar of upper chamber of seal. After that sealing cup of upper chamber of sealant is compressed. Then the seal of the lower chamber of the sealer is opened. After that, the central tubing string is lowered to the position when the plug is below the sealing collar of the lower chamber of the sealant. After that seal sealing collar of lower chamber of sealant is compressed. Then, the central tubing string is lowered to match the seating surfaces of the upper tip and the pipe holder. Top tip is fixed in pipe holder. After disassembling hoisting device, injector, sealer, preventer, and then on the upper master gate valve the upper part of X-mas tree accessories is mounted, including the cross piece for gas removal from the pipe space.
EFFECT: technical result is higher safety of personnel during transfer of well for operation on two lift columns and back, possibility of safe transmission of various signals during well operation, reduced labor intensiveness of plug extraction, broader operational capabilities, in connection with possibility of production of central tubing string directly near well, geophysical investigations and safe lifting of central tubing string.
