FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: pneumatic gun is mounted on a self-propelled platform, with the gun rear part connected to a group means creating controllable compressed air pulses. Containers made of shell to be destroyed under the impact of the burning facility temperature are filled with a dispersed fire-extinguishing substance mixed with a dispersed explosive substance. The self-propelled platform with the pneumatic gun mounted thereon are pulled up to a distance whereat the container can reach the remote inaccessible section of the facility on fire. A container filled with a fire-extinguishing substance mixed with an explosive substance is charged into the pneumatic gun barrel. The pneumatic gun is aimed at the remote inaccessible section of the facility on fire. A compressed air pulse is supplied from the group means for creation of air pulses with the container pushed out with such pulse. The container is delivered to the remote inaccessible section of the facility on fire. Under the impact of the latter's high temperature, the container shell melts; the explosive substance explodes; flames are whiffed away; the fire-extinguishing substance is intensively sprayed and deposited on incandescent elements of the facility on fire thus providing for heat removal.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of fire-extinguishing within remote inaccessible sections of a facility on fire.
