SUBSTANCE: invention relates to press-grills. The press-grill comprises a lower housing and an upper housing pivotally connected to each other. The lower housing is made with the ability to install a lower removable frying panel and comprises a first temperature sensor designed for measuring the temperature of the installed lower frying panel. The upper housing is made with the ability to connect with the upper frying plate. The temperature controller is designed for receiving at least one signal of a predetermined temperature and for controlling the temperature of the lower and the upper frying panels. At that the lower and the upper housings comprise power connectors for supplying energy to the heating element of the corresponding frying panel. Due to locating the power connectors near the hinge joints and the fact that in the upper and lower housings they are located on opposite sides, the frying panels may be interchangeable.
EFFECT: improvement of the design.
