SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to methods and systems for the combination of diagnostics and treatment of internal organs. The method includes stages, at which a part of the subject's internal organ is visualised with the application of the first technology, capable of distinguishing tissue types, biopsy sites are specified as the target and an access to biopsy for instruments is provided with the application of images, obtained by the first technology, combined with images, obtained by the second technology, capable of updating the images in a real time scale, treatment of one of the biopsy sites with the application of the images, obtained by the first technology, is planned, and the images, obtained by the first technology, are combined with the images, obtained by the second technology, and the instruments are directed to at least one biopsy site with the application of the combined images. The system includes a scanner, a monitoring system for monitoring the instrument for biopsy, and an information processing unit.

EFFECT: application of the invention makes it possible to increase biopsy output and reduce side effects of treatment.
