SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in oncourology, in particular, for treating prostate cancer for prediction of risk of biochemical relapse in patients. Method comprises determining expression of antibodies to the AT2-receptor in nucleus of epithelial cells of prostate by the immunohistochemical method, counting the percentage of immunopositive cells of the total number of tumour cells per high power field of microscope ×40. If this value is less than 0.7, biochemical relapse of prostate cancer is diagnosed.

EFFECT: using the presented method enables efficient and high-accuracy prediction of biochemical relapse of prostate cancer, enables preoperative conducting of the integrated assessment of the most informative risk factors in a numerical equivalent, including at low values of simply static specific antigen, taking into account the individual clinical significance of each risk factor.
