FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: converter with voltage conversion coefficient K comprises 4K keys formed by parallel-opposite connection of a fully-controlled valve and diode, and 4K capacitors, 4K resonant reactors. Structure of this converter includes two key modules interconnected in parallel and elements in load circuit. Each module consists of K cells. One cell contains two fully-controllable keys with anti-parallel diode, two resonant LC-links. All cells of the same module are interconnected in cascade. Two isolating diodes at the converter output are required to limit mutual impact of the modules operation.

EFFECT: development of step-down DC converter with improved quality of input current and output voltage.
