FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Copper pellet making device comprises trough for fused metal feed, vessel with coolant, detachable container composed of conical bag with screen bottom fitted in vessel and closed coolant flow circuit. The latter includes ultrasound disperser connected with nozzle adapters arranged in said vessel above coolant level at 2-5 degrees to horizon diametrically and tangentially to bag side surface to allow circular coolant flow in the bag. Ultrasound centrifugal disperser can incorporate extra ejector to feed air to coolant flow, particularly, to water flow.
EFFECT: increased specific surface of produced metal pellets.
