SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of foundry technologies, namely to centrifugal plants with a vertical shaft of rotation for implementation of technological processes of obtaining cast or sintered materials synthesized during combustion of highly exothermic powder SHS-compositions. Centrifugal installation for production of cast materials by centrifugal SHS-casting methods consists of rotary lever of rotary centrifuge standing on support base, on the beam of which there are two rotary baskets with a reactor to accommodate a refractory mould with an exothermic composition, an ignition coil installed in the reactors with voltage supplied to it from a power source, a control panel and an electric motor. Installation uses a copper reactor with a refractory lining, wherein the reactor is placed in a water-cooled shell of a basket or a segmented cooling structure, and initiation of SHS-synthesis process is carried out on the basis of laser ignition system and backup ignition system on its basis, in which lasers are used, which are installed near the axis of rotation, where the lasers are powered through the centrifuge shaft. Reactor cooling system is made of a closed circuit and passes through the centrifuge shaft, each reactor basket and lasers, is connected to the asynchronous drive of the shaft, wherein water feed and discharge pipes are communicated via shutoff valves, heat exchanger and centrifugal circulating pumps with cooling system tank communicated with cooling water line via make-up valve.

EFFECT: possibility of performing the synthesis process by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis methods (in combustion mode) under the effect of a given level of centrifugal forces and with intense heat exchange.
