FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: roll stand of helical rolling mill contains bedplate out of base with lid and located in them after 120° sockets for cartridges with rollers, additional socket in lid for top rule holder and bottom rule holder in the base. Increased stiffness of the roll stand during operation under two-roll rolling diagram is ensured that the bedplate foundation is provided at the division plane by the stop with thread bushing and screw rod with spacer and lock-nut. The top rule holder is equipped with bracket in contact with the screw rod. In one socket of the base two mutually perpendicular planes are made to secure the bottom rule holder.

EFFECT: roll stand of the mill increases durability of the parts due to that the screw rod resting against the bracket in the top rule holder accepts the tangential forces transmitted during rolling to this rule holder, and securing of the bottom rule holder in the base socket at two mutually perpendicular planes ensures rigidity of the deformation centre.
