Mill stand comprises the open type frame with lodgments, in which the cassettes with work roll assemblies are installed, the upper lifting beam, the rolls opening control mechanisms, feed angle and of the cassettes fixation, as well as the guide tool, made in the form of the frame mounted lower ruler, and the lifting beam mounted upper ruler.

EFFECT: increase in the rolling accuracy, simplification the design and, accordingly, reducing the metal consumption is enabled due to the fact that the cassette rests against the lodgment surface by the base, made as the cylinder part, which axis is perpendicular to the work rolls axes, and the supply angle and the cassettes fixation adjustment mechanism is made in the form of two vertical hinged tie-rods of adjustable length, pressing the cassette to the frame base.
