FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: mill contains ranged and deployed relative to each other for 180° three-roll operational stands with individual drive of working rolls and facilities for cartridges changing. Stand is outfitted by two fixed to each other plates with located between them stand and working rolls, hydraulic ram of rolls, two of which are located immovable, and one - movable from removing mechanism, and roll balance hydraulic rams. Stand is implemented as composite of connected to each other body and cover of decagonal shape with cutouts for rolls, at that body contains guide ways for installation in it crossmembers with units of chucks and rolls. Removing mechanism of movable hydraulic ram is implemented in the form of revolute from driver arm, pivot-located between plates of operational stand, and thrown away backstop, mounted on axis and contacting to revolute arm. Roll balance hydraulic rams are outfitted by passing through plunger tension bar, which is by one side connected to plunger of balance hydraulic ram, and by the other side - located in groove of transverse member rotatable and with ability of plugging.

EFFECT: cost cutting for expensive tools, stiffening and reliability improvement of stand operation, downsizing of mill by length and reduction of production space.
