FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: amino acid is dissolved in dimethylsulphoxide and the obtained mixture is dispersed in a suspension of xanthan gum in butanol in the presence of an E472c preparation while stirring at 1000 rps, followed by adding acetone and water, filtering and drying the obtained suspension at room temperature, wherein the shell/core ratio of the microcapsules is 1:5 or 3:1.

EFFECT: simple and fast process of producing microcapsules, 100% mass output.
