FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: amino acid suspension in dimethyl sulphoxide is dispersed into suspension of konjac gum in butyl alcohol in presence of the preparation E472s at mixing 1300 rpm/sec. The weight ratio shell:nucleus is 1:5. Then ethanol and water are added. The produced suspension is filtered and dried at the room temperature. The process is performed within 10 minutes.
EFFECT: simplification and acceleration of production of microcapsules of amino acids with increase of yield of ready-made product.
