SUBSTANCE: container 10 comprises case 12 to contain a product. Said case has main axis X10 and crown or neck section 14 to define crown plane 140 extending across said axis X10. Besides, it is provided with tubular sleeve 16 of film material applied on at least container part and fitted thereon. Note here that said sleeve 16 has at least one end edge 16b located at various points of its angular extension around said axis X10 at different spacing D2′, D2′′ from crown plane 140. Preferably, it is provided with at least one circular shaped edge 102 with trajectory similar to that of said circular edge 16b of said tubular sleeve 16. Note also that said sleeve 16 is applied on container 10 so that said edge 16b is aligned with said shaped edge 102 of similar trajectory.
