FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: metal-clad coating is applied onto rubbing parts of a cylinder-and-piston group. First, preliminary run-in of engine parts is performed; for that purpose, to the engine without its disassembly there added through holes for ignition plugs or glow plugs is process medium in the quantity of 100 ml to each engine cylinder; after that, engine motoring is performed with a starter so that number of revolutions of not more than 340-350 rpm is ensured; after that, the engine is started and its idle operation is performed at 1400-1500 rpm during 30-50 minutes and the engine is stopped. Then, final run-in of engine parts is performed by replacement of the process medium with motor oil, to which an additive is added in the quantity of 0.2 wt %, and start of the engine and its idle operation at 1500-1600 rpm during 30-40 minutes. The process medium contains fine copper powder - 5 wt %, oleinic acid - 35 wt %, unsaturated carbonic acid chosen from the row of fractions C6-C22, 6-27 wt %, and the additive contains unsaturated carbonic acid chosen from the row of fractions C6-C22, 10-45 wt %. Renovation of technical characteristics of the engine is performed to rating and ecological characteristics - to the level of requirements of GOST R52033-2003.
EFFECT: improving technical and ecological characteristics of engines.
