FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to measurement equipment, namely to measuring devices of torsional oscillations. The method involves stages at which a waveform of acceleration is received from an accelerometer located on a fixed part of a turbine engine, a frequency spectrum of the waveform is assessed, and a pair of spectrum lines with amplitudes exceeding at least the first threshold is found. With that, the lines are distributed in the spectrum on both sides from carrier frequency of the waveform and are apart from it by frequency of torsional oscillations of the shaft. Then, the stage is implemented, at which a signal of an envelope of the waveform is assessed, a stage at which the frequency spectrum of the signal of the envelope is assessed, a searching stage at which there searched is at least one spectrum line in the spectrum of the signal of the envelope, the amplitude of which exceeds the second threshold, and which exists with the value divisible by frequency of torsional oscillations of the shaft; and a stage at which there assessed is confidence level related to a warning message as a function of a searching stage result. When necessary, a warning message is sent. The device includes an accelerometer, a device receiving a waveform from the accelerometer, a frequency spectrum assessment device, a spectrum line searching device, an envelope signal assessment device, a frequency spectrum assessment device, a confidence level assessment device and a warning output device.
EFFECT: eliminating risk of shaft damage.
