SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry, particularly, to vehicle evacuation hardware. This tractor comprises base chassis (1), frame adapter (2) secured at chassis frame, pull winch (3) and telescopic support plates (4) with sliding section with thrust, both mounted at said frame adapter. Thrust of said support plates is articulated with telescopic sliding section. End surface of the latter is concaved similarly with the thrust rear surface and located above thrust pivot pin. Support plates thrust can turn at upward displacement of sliding section. Said thrust folds in interaction of the thrust rear surface with support plate sliding section end surface. Required clearance of tractor and its enhanced operating performances in overcoming of terrain irregularities are ensured by sliding of telescopic sliding section, support plate turning and folding.
