SUBSTANCE: vehicle for pulling-out seized and wreck cars includes top frame (2) with pillar and pulling winch (3), two spades (4) with extendable telescoping sections and retainers on their ends. The spades are made capable to be moved by driving mechanism together with retainer. Top part of spade retainer is made in the form of cam. The retainer is movably fixed in the lower part of extendible section with possibility to move relative to axis in vertical plane. In the lower part of immovable spade section, protruding limiting spot is made in the form of radiused retainer which interacts with retainer cam when spade movable section is retracted.

EFFECT: higher reliability of vehicle equipment components.
