FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. System for creation of intramedullary route in accordance with first version includes body and first construction for bone seizure. Body has such dimensions and shape as to enter resection bone surface. Body has first hole, passing through said body. First hole has size and shape, making it possible for surgical instrument through it. First construction of bone seizure passes in first direction from said body. First construction of bone seizure includes first surface, which corresponds to topography of tibia surface. When first surface of construction of first bone seizure comes into engagement with topography of tibia, which first surface corresponds to, axis of first hole will be located in fact on one line with mechanical axis of tibia. System for creating intramedullary route in accordance with second version includes holder of guide for drilling, guide for drilling. Holder of guide for drilling includes body, which has the same dimensions and shape to enter resected bone space. Said body has first hole, which passes through said body, first construction of bone seizure, extending from body in first direction and including first surface, which corresponds to topography of first bone surface topography. Guide for drilling has such size and shape which makes it possible for them to enter first hole, made in body of holder for drilling. Guide for drilling has second hole, which has such size and shape that it makes possible for surgical instrument to pass through it. When first surface of construction for first bone seizure comes into engagement with topography of first bone surface, which first surface corresponds to, axis of first hole lies, in fact, on one line with first bone axis. Method of forming intramedullary canal, including introduction of guide for drilling into hole, made in holder of guide for drilling. Holder of guide for drilling includes first construction of bone seizure, passing from body of holder of guide for drilling in first direction and having first surface, corresponding to topography of first bone surface. After that introduction of holder of guide for drilling and guide for drilling, located in first hole of holder of guide for drilling, into resected bone space in such a way that first surface of construction of bone seizure comes into proper engagement with first bone; after which surgical instrument is passes through second hole, made in guide for drilling, to create intramedullary canal in first bone, which, in fact, is located on one line with mechanical axis of first bone.
EFFECT: inventions make it possible to reduce risk, associated with ionised radiation.
