FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: vacuum cleaner (1) comprises an inlet (13); an outlet; a fan (14) to create an air flow passing through the vacuum cleaner (1) by sucking air to be cleaned, through the inlet (13) into the vacuum cleaner (1) and by the air discharge through the outlet outwards from the vacuum cleaner (1); and a separator (15, 41). The separator (15, 41) is mounted with the ability of rotation and arranged around the axis of rotation (21) to create a column of rotating air during use to separate at least a part of the particles (10) carried by the air, from the air flow. The separator (15, 41) comprises a number of blades (25, 44) for creating a column of rotating air, at that each blade (25, 44) has a front surface (26) and a rear surface (27). The front surfaces (26) of the blades (25, 44) are inclined relative to the axis of rotation (21) for transporting the particles (10) carried by the air, at least in the axial direction.
EFFECT: improvement of the design.
