FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil-and-gas industry, particularly, to prevention of bursts with cutting of pipes. In compliance with this process, anti-burst preventer is placed with pipe extending there through. Said pipe is punched by the point of at least multiple blades so that pipe section is shifted. Blade cutting surface levels the cut bore. Said preventer comprises multiple rams arranged to allow multiple blades to slide therein for contact with said pipe.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, simplified pipe cutting.
