SUBSTANCE: rotating blowout-prevention device includes upper drive, working part of the seal and elastic elements. Upper drive has the possibility of being rigidly fixed to upper end part of bearing assembly and has the part carrying the seal. Working part of the seal includes installation part and projecting part passing from installation part. The latter is installed in the cavity of the upper drive part carrying the seal and can slide. In the above cavity between installation part of working part of the seal and upper drive there located are elastic elements so that arrangement of the whole working part of the seal with possibility of elastic displacement relative to seal carrying structure is provided.
EFFECT: creation of sealing section surface that is resistant to fluid medium and foreign matters.
