FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to well pressure control devices, namely to blowout preventers. Proposed blowout preventer comprises main body (5) with through hole (7), passage (8) located transversely in relation to through hole (7), and annular blade (4) located in passage (8) and configured to position its hole (4A) on the blade so that it is aligned with through hole (7). Besides, preventer comprises shutter (3) arranged separately and at distance from circular knife (4) and made with possibility to move along passage (8), and charge (9) configured to activate movement of bolt (3) along passage (8) to bring it into contact with circular knife (4) for moving the knife via through hole (7).
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of cutting.
